We now offer online birthday party and private charter bookings. If you book online, Jersey Shore Pirates will call you within 24 hours of your booking to discuss the details and confirm the details, but we do highly recommend you look over all of the details carefully before booking. We do not allow back to back time slots for the same group. If you book online and pay in full, you will ability to purchase additional trip protection through Peek Protect. The Peek Protection allows a more flexible cancellation period. If you do not opt to purchase the protection Jersey Shore Pirates weather and cancellation policies will remain in effect. If weather is your top concern, you may want to consider this option.

This is a unique party in terms of capacity restrictions set by the coast guard. If you book a full boat party, the maximum capacity is 43 total passengers (adults, kids, and even babies count). There are no additional people on the ship, allowed to wait at the docks, or in the party room. The parking is limited so please do not arrive earlier than your party start time (30 minutes before sailing time) and unfortunately at the end of the party timing we will need to leave to open up parking for the net crew in a timely fashion

Additional Costs the day of the sail:

All food and drinks that are ordered through our vendors. Food is not included in any of the packages so you can order as much or as little as you want. We will order all food for you through our vendors to make it as easy as possible.

15% minimum CASH gratuity will be due at checkout. Please hand the gratuity for the crew to the desk at check-out as it gets split amongst the crew at the end of the day. There are 5 staff members and the split the gratuity evenly. We do not have a ATM on site.

The Quarter Master Package (Private Ship & Party Room, MOST POPULAR)

In July and August there are limited Sailings for this option. Saturday times are 9:30, 12:30, and 3:30 only. Sunday 11:00, 12:30, and 3:30 only.

The First Mate Package (Private Ship Only)

Book First Mate

The Buccaneer Package (must be booked over the phone)

The Buccaneer Package can accommodate 20 Passengers, including adults and kids for $625. This is not a private ship, but the party room is private. (Not Available July 1st through Labor Day).

This package features 20 total tickets for your mini-mate and their crew. There will be other paying passengers on the ship so the Adventure will start on time and leave the dock on schedule. We cannot hold the boat for late arrivals.

Any additional tickets beyond the 20 person package would be at the regular ticket price of $32 if available no matter the age. Must Call ahead to check availability as we may be sold out.

Party Timing Breakdown

Arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled sailing time for check-in and Face Painting. (30 minutes). Please do not ask your guests to arrive earlier as parking is limited and our staff will be helping the Pirate crew from the prior adventure.
Pirate Adventure (onboard the ship) Interactive treasure hunt is 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ship leaves promptly at scheduled sailing time.
If you have the party room after for an extended celebration (45 minutes in the party room max.)

All Pirate Adventures are 1 hour and 45 minutes and if you add the party room it brings it to a total time of 2 hours and 30 minutes. See the Party Room

No Food is included in any of the Party packages so you can order as much or as little as you see fit for your crew.

Pirate Themed Birthday Parties on the Jersey Shore

Jersey Shore Pirates can accommodate you from a small gathering of close friends to a private full boat Pirate Adventure with some extra loot for your child and his/her guests. Jersey Shore Pirates has become one of the areas’ best venues to host your child’s birthday party on the Jersey Shore. This husband and wife team have been running Pirate Adventures since 2003 and are committed to our customer service and being New Jerseys best Pirate birthday party. Our reviews speak for themselves, but we invite you to come join the crew and see for yourself why everyone is talking about Jersey Shore Pirates. This is the Pirate Adventure that your child we remember for years to come.

Please remember the party is The Pirate Ship! The party room is for a short celebration for Pizza, finger foods, and a quick celebration for your crew after. This is not a party hall to spend hours in. The room and outside area is completely decorated in our Pirate/Nautical theme so there is no need to bring additional decorations, we took care of that for you. Keep it simple.

There is a 50% deposit to book any birthday party which must be done over the phone 732-899-6100. A minimum of a 15% Gratuity in cash the day of the sailing for all group charters. Birthday parties will be limited on weekends in July and August so book early. The RSVP yes rate for this party is usually high, so please do not invite more people than you have tickets for as we have a limited capacity.

20 tickets means 20 tickets and a full boat can hold up to 43 Max. Please know you cannot just “leave extra peple at the dock or in the party room”. Once again, our parking does not allow for extra people, we are very sorry.

Payment Breakdown: There is a 50% Deposit due over the phone at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless Jersey Shore Pirates decides it is not safe to sail which will be decided the day of the party. Please review the cancellation and weather policy carefully before calling and booking. The remainder of the payment (including any food or add-ons) can be made the day of the party. There will be a 3% credit card fee charge applied at that time if you choose to pay the balance on a credit card. A minimum of a 15% Gratuity must be paid in CASH the day of the sailing for all group charters. Please hand that to the office Quartermaster when checking out. All gratuities will be split amongst the crew at the end of the day.

Please remember to have the guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the sailing time. For example, have the guests arrive at 1:30 for the 2:00 sailing time. PLEASE DO NOT tell them to arrive an earlier than that as parking is limited at the marina and our staff will be assisting on other adventures and will not be available to help any earlier. If you do arrive earlier, please hang out next door at Windward Beach Park until it is time for your Adventure. It is a beautiful park with a beach and playgrounds.
