The Buccaneer Package can accommodate 20 Passengers, including adults and kids for $600. This is not a private ship, but the party room is private. (Not Available July 1st through Labor Day).

The Quarter Master Package can accommodate 43 Passengers for $999. (Private Ship and Party Room)

• This package features a private boat birthday party for your mini-mate.
• 30 minutes prior to sailing bring your crew to get pirate tattos painted on and to learn to talk the talk of a Pirate
• Pirate Adventures Loot Bags to hold Sunken Treasure that they find on the high seas

A La Carte Packages or Parties that don’t require a Full Boat Rental.

• For smaller parties, individual tickets are available for purchase at our normal ticket pricing of $29 per mate.
• The Pirate Adventure is just as exciting for your mini mates. All birthday parties are a big deal to our crew!
• The main difference with this party is that it is not a private ship, there will be other people onboard but all of the crew (kids) act as a team to ensure the most interactive experience around.
• You can rent the party room after if you would like or enjoy the park next door to extend your special day.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit for all party packages due at the time of booking.

• Is there a deposit to book a party? Yes there is a 50% non-refundable deposit to book a party or Private Cruise.
• Can we bring our own food? Yes you can. If you do bring your own food we recommend sandwiches and easy to eat foods. There are no sternos allowed so keeping it easy allows you to enjoy your time.
• Can we Bring our own drinks? Yes, you are more than welcome to supply your own drinks. Please keep in mind if you bring warm drinks, the will be warm when you get back from the ship.
• Can I bring my own cake? Yes you can bring your own cake. We can keep the cake stored for you while you are on the ship. We do recommend bringing cupcakes or something similar to be able to pass out to your guests easily. The party room is currently self service so keep that in mind. We do not recommend bringing a giant multi-tiered cake. The are very difficult for you to cut and we may not have an area to store one of these types of cakes.
• Can I Book a Rain Date? No. Unfortunately we do not do rain dates. This is a rain or shine event. In the unfortunate event we have to cancel for extreme weather events (i.e. thunder, lightening, damaging winds) Pirate Adventures will be in touch the day of the sail if it looks like it would affect your particular sailing time.
• Can we book the Party Room for longer than 45 minutes? No. 45 minutes is plenty of time to do pizza, finger foods and desert. We have to hold your crew to 45 minutes because of the enhanced cleaning measures in between groups. By that point you would be here for 2.5 hours and the kids are ready to go.
• Can I have additional people beyond the 43 allowed on the boat in the party room? No. Our indoor/outdoor party room is designed for the same number of people on the ship. Our parking situation also does not allow for extra people to come and hang out after the Pirate Adventure either.
• Can we bring adult beverages on board? Yes. You are more than welcome to bring beer and wine onboard if you rent the boat for a Private sailing only.
• Can I have access to the party room when we arrive? Unfortunately you will not have access to the party room before your sailing. The room is reserved for 45 minutes after the cruise. This means the cruise before you will most likely have the party for that time. The area is completely decorated so please limit any decorations as we will not have time to se them up while you are on board.
• Can we have food delivered from somewhere other than your list of vendors? No. We have ben working closely with our vendors for many years. They understand the importance of delivering to our facility in a timely manner. We only use quality vendors so the pizza and food are delicious as well
  as the desserts. All outside vendors will be turned away. All orders should go though us so we know what is coming and we can coordinate the time with the vendors.

We sail in rain but we do not sail if the conditions are determined to be unsafe by the Captain (thunder, lightening, heavy downpours or damaging winds). All weather related decisions are determined by the Captain. Please keep in mind that a 30% chance of rain means there is a 70% chance of treasure.. Please review our cancellation policy. If it is raining where you are driving from it doesn’t mean that it is raining at our location. We do our absolute best that we can with all weather situations but sometimes weather can be unpredictable. We are always close to our docking area and safety is our top concern. Trips can be altered or changed if the captain determines it is necessary. Please know that Weather Channels and weather apps are frequently inaccurate and we do not pay attention to any long range forecasts but rather watch radars the day of only. Please do not call about the weather, we will call you approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival to notify you if we are not sailing we. We have up to 7 trips daily so calling at 10:00 am about a 6:30 cruise does not make sense.

All reservations will be held to our cancellation policy without exception.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify any sail in the event of steady rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or conditions deemed unsafe by the captain. We sail in the rain. In the unfortunate event that we must cancel a voyage we will call approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival to notify you of the cancellation. If we cancel your trip for any reason you will not be charged. Cancellations due to weather are at the sole discretion of Jersey Shore Pirates. Please know that we do our best with predicting the weather but weather on the Jersey Shore can be unpredictable so we appreciate your patience. We are always watching the radar so if you do not hear from us we are sailing.

Note: Tickets are required for every person on board from the smallest infant to all grown-ups who wish to join us. Please include all children, adults, and infants when booking your Adventure. This is a Coast Guard Regulation (law) and no exceptions can or will be made for safety reasons. Jersey Shore Pirates reserves the right to refuse entry to any passenger(s) for any reason. Safety is our top priority.

Reservations (not including reservations of 20 tickets or more or private charters) may cancel or subtract from their total ticket count up to 72 hours prior to their scheduled sail and qualify for a full refund on the ticket price(minus processing fees). Reservations of 20 or more, or private charters may cancel up to 1 week(7 days) prior. Deposits are non-refundable.
If you are suddenly unable to make your reservation within the 72 hour cancellation period, please notify us as soon as possible and try to find family or friends to give/sell your tickets to. We are not able to refund your tickets or move your reservation to another day within the cancellation window.

You can not cancel any reservations that are made on the same day of sailing

Please note that tickets purchased for special event cruises (e.g. Pirates and Mermaids, Moana, Meet Jack Sparrow, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Grandparents day etc…) are NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Reservations for Private Boat Charters(field trips, birthday parties etc) require 1 full week notice if you need to change numbers or cancel for any reason. All deposits are non-refundable unless Pirate Adventures Jersey Shore cancels for any weather conditions and another date cannot be scheduled for your Pirate Adventure.

Any Changes in ticket numbers or a no-show at check-in for any reason will be charged for the unused tickets on the credit card that was used to hold the reservation. Tickets are not transferable to any other date or time. If you show up at check-in with less people than you are booked for, you are still responsible for the ticket cost.
