Information You Give Us
When you contact us through the form on our Contact page (hosted by Tally), by email at mail@jerseyshorepirates.com, by phone at (732) 899-6100, or through the chat bubble on this site (Elfsight AI Chatbot), we receive what you share — such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your trip or party. We use it to answer you and to plan your adventure. The chat may ask for a name, email, or phone after you start a conversation.
Mailing List
If you join our mailing list from the link on this site, that signup is handled by Constant Contact. We use the information you enter there to send updates about Jersey Shore Pirates.
Bookings and Payments
Online bookings and payments are handled by TripWorks. When you book, the information you enter goes to TripWorks and is covered by their privacy policy. We receive the booking details we need to run your trip, such as names, ticket counts, and contact information. Party deposits taken over the phone are used only to process your booking.
Merchandise purchases through our Shop link go to our Square Online store and are covered by Square’s privacy policy.
Website Analytics, Cookies, and Tools
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us.
