Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To make a reservation please call 732-899-6100. At that time we will ask you for a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your credit card will hold your tickets, you may opt to pay with a different credit card or cash at the time of check-in. We may also ask you for a cell phone number and email so that we may contact you.

Reservations will be held until 10 minutes prior to each departure. If you or any members of your party have not arrived by this time we reserve the right to sell your tickets.

All reservations will be held to our cancellation policy without exception.

We reserve the right to cancel a sail in the event of steady rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or conditions deemed unsafe by the captain. We will sail in a light rain or drizzle. In the unfortunate event that we must cancel a voyage we will call one hour before check-in to notify you of the cancellation. If we cancel your trip for any reason you will not be charged. Cancellations due to weather are at the sole discretion of Jersey Shore Pirates and will be made 1 hour prior to your check-in time.

Reservations of less than 10 passengers – May cancel or subtract from their total ticket count up to 24 hours in advance of their scheduled sail.

Reservations of 10 people or more (not including full boat birthday parties) – May cancel or subtract from their total ticket count up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled sail.

Reservations for Full Boat Birthday Parties – Require 1 full week notice if you need to change numbers or cancel for any reason.

Any Changes in numbers or no shows at the dock for any reason will be charged 50% of the unused ticket price on the credit card that was used to hold the reservation.
